Make a Return
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You can return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
- The items to be returned must be in perfect condition (original condition); they must not have been used and must be returned complete as they were when first delivered (packaging, labels, etc.).
- Socks and underwear are excluded from returns.
- If the order value falls below the minimum order value required for the promotion after a return, the entitlement to the discount or free item is forfeited. In this case, the free item must be returned. If this is not done, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for the value of the free item retroactively.
- The refund will be processed once the items have arrived and been inspected. This process can take up to 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
You can cancel orders and return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

The return shipping costs are
- Standard shipping: €5.00
- Insured shipping: €7.49
An exception applies to defective or incorrectly delivered goods. In these cases, customer support will provide you with a free return label.
For worn or washed items, there is no entitlement to a refund or exchange.
