Order process
To finalise your order, please follow the payment steps. After confirming your shopping basket, select a payment method and continue.
Once the order has been confirmed, we can no longer make any changes. However, you can cancel an order if it has not yet been processed.
Payment information
Your transaction and payment information is processed directly by our payment providers with secure encryption according to strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and can only be read or viewed by your bank, not even by MOREMONEYMORELOVE.
Shipping and delivery
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of the confirmation date.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of the shipment online. For information on the dispatch and delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team.

Once the order is processed in our warehouse you cannot change the delivery address.
Returns and refunds
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods via our returns portal.
The goods to be returned must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition. Also Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
The processing of your refund takes 7-14 working days and will be refunded to your original payment method.
